Latest News :-
Hello again everybody, 2019 for me has had a very busy start. Planned foot surgery had me laid up for several weeks. However I did not waste my time. I used it effectively to produce many new works which I have uploaded and updated here today.
I have also been experimenting with new ways to create Oil Paintings in a much faster method, using Treated Moisture Resistant MDF Panels, with Acrylic under paintings, and then a full Oil Coating on top. It has cut the drying times drastically. My first painting using this method is in the Oil Colour Gallery, and is called Durham Cathedral. It will however, still require at least 3-4 weeks drying time before I can varnish and Frame it though.
To which I can add, I recently made contact with an amazing Framing Service called - Framing Unlimited - here locally in Chester-le-street.  The owner Dave has had a great influence on my decision to work through my many paintings and artworks, get them all framed up and ready for sale.
